IBM has already created the world’s largest digital agency, and it wants even more of that work.

When Citi wanted to be the first U.S. financial services firm to design an Apple Watch app last year, it didn’t look to Madison Avenue for help. Instead, it consulted a fast-growing IBM services division, IBM Interactive Experience (IBM iX). With help from strategic partner Apple, that team envisioned and delivered Citi’s banking app within 120 days.
